We booked a huge heavy table to go to Spain, the quote was competitive and harry was there every step of the way supporting us. You can call them and a human answers the phone straight away. FedEx lost the parcel mid-transit (not the fault of Tudor, we didn't attach the tracking label securely enough) and Tudor was on the phone and emails constantly to sort it, it was found quickly and carried onwards to final destination.

All air freight only shipments are subject to a £50 handling and security charge in the UK in addition to the cargo costs.
