Q; Can you pack for me?
A; Yes. If required we can repack your orders for extra safety/security at a reasonable cost.

A; Yes, of course. We do not offer insurance ourselves but feel free to contact www.the-insurance-broker.com should you wish to do so. You are welcome to use your own broker if you prefer.
Q; Can I track my packages?
A; Yes, we provide full tracking details before the consignment leaves the UK.
Q; Do you offer a storage facility?

Q; What about duties/taxes or other related costs in my country?
A: Each country has its own rules with regards to importing goods. Check with them in advance if you require further information about these costs.

A; That depends on the service you choose. Shipments by air freight usually take approx. 7-10 days.
