I just wanted to say a big thank you to both of you, and your respective companies, for the smooth and efficient way our baggage was handled and carried from the UK to Malawi. From me dropping off my boxes and suitcases to you Stephen in Hounslow to collecting them last Saturday morning at Lilongwe airport has gone, from my perspective, without a hitch.
