The words of Mahatma Ghandi most perfectly explains our approach to customer service:
“A customer is the most important person on our premises. He is not dependent on us, we are dependent on him. He is not an interruption on work, he is the purpose of it. He is not an outsider to our business, he is part of it. We are not doing him a favour by serving him, he is doing us a favour by giving the opportunity to do it”
If you fail to look after your customer then you will very soon have no customers. The fact that we continue to provide a service for several thousands of people each year after twenty six years is testament to our wish to provide a first class service at a highly competitive price.
The vast majority of our clients are repeat customers or new clients who have had our service recommended by a friend.
