This email message will be tailored to each individual shipper and include a direct link to our shipment portal showing all relevant information relating to your consignment such as the number of pieces being shipped, the total weight of the shipment and the shipper and receiver contact details. It also includes the contact details for our agent at destination.

This portal is reviewed by our team daily to ensure the details shown including the expected arrival date is accurate. If your shipment experiences any delays or changes, this will be highlighted here.

Whilst all efforts are made to ensure that the information is accurate we do rely on the airlines, shipping lines and haulier to keep us fully and accurately informed.
